Invoice
The receipt or the invoice will be issued by YELLOW CORK and will be sent with the order, showing the detailed and overall value in Euro including VAT and all Greek taxes. The customer is informed about any delivery costs before placing the order.
Delivery
Delivery time may vary depending on product availability and delivery location. Delivery delays cannot be compensated by the company nor allow the cancellation of an order. If the delivery time exceeds the period of one month and the products are not delivered while the client sated the correct delivery address, your order may be cancelled and the customer will be compensated by the payment of the total amount without any other claim for damages. The company has no responsibility for delays due to the wrong delivery data registration and communication data from the client side. In this case, the customer is not entitled to raise the issue of cancellation and order delivery will be further arranged between the client and the delivery company. In the delivery of wines and other products, it is up to the customer to check the status of the goods and to inform directly the delivery company employee for any damaged or missing products in the appropriate sheet that will provided. The customer is also required within 2 days to inform the company about the Declaration of damage or loss in order to be compensated for these products. It is clear that the client is responsible for the products, once they have been delivered in good condition.
Orders cancellation
The customer has the right to request, within 5 working days from the delivery date, the cancellation and refund of the order, provided that he/she is in a position to return all products shipped in their original packaging. In this case, the customer has to inform the company in writing and request a refund. After receiving the products, YELLOW CORK will refund the value of the products excluding delivery expenses. Furthermore, the cost of delivering the products back to the company must be covered by the customer.
