Grape varieties: Vilana & Sauvignon Blanc

Region: Area around Archanes and Peza.

Terroir: Altitude of 350-400m, sloping vineyards, argil calcareous soil, Royat trim, yield of 52-65hl/ha. The vineyards originate from vines of over 10 years that give full-bodied wines with moderate acidity.

Oenology: Pre-fermentation with cold extraction for 4 hours. Fermentation occurs at very low temperature.

Name: Mediterra means the Middle Earth, a name that is used for all countries in the Mediterranean. Crete is the indisputable spiritual cradle of the Mediterranean culture, food and lifestyle that has gained loyal friends allover the world.

Personality: Bright pale yellow with greenish glints, it has a forward open nose of exotic fruits (ananas, banana) on a citrussy background (lemon, citron). Fruity and pleasant on the palate.
