Grape varieties: Vilana & Sauvignon Blanc
Region: Area around Archanes and Peza.
Terroir: Altitude of 350-400m, sloping vineyards, argil calcareous soil, Royat trim, yield of 52-65hl/ha. The vineyards originate from vines of over 10 years that give full-bodied wines with moderate acidity.
Oenology: Pre-fermentation with cold extraction for 4 hours. Fermentation occurs at very low temperature.

Personality: Bright pale yellow with greenish glints, it has a forward open nose of exotic fruits (ananas, banana) on a citrussy background (lemon, citron). Fruity and pleasant on the palate.
