Varieties: Kotsifali 30%, Syrah 70%.
This excellent wine of Crete, made with the special care of the family vine-grower Manolis Lyrarakis, is the most successful blend of a local variety together with a foreign one which has acclimatized itself perfectly in our vineyards.
Characteristics: Deep red color with attractive bright hues. Complex aromas that remind of blackberry and cherry. Full-bodied, aromatic, velvety long-lasting taste.
Suggested with: It is worth trying it with grilled meat, traditional greek sausages, baked fish, or yellow cheese.
