Terroir: Altitude at 650m. Non-irrigated hillside vineyards of Royat trim. Mediterranean (cool summer & mild winter) climate, Argil-sloghy soil.
Oenology: Classical red vinification at a low temperature in the beginning of maceration and with many rains during the entire process of maceration. The duration of maceration is 12 days. Malolactic fermentation.
Personality: Deep red color. Bouquet full with aromas of vanilla, plums and cherries. Full bodied with velvet tannins and long lasting taste.
