Produced from grapes of 60% local variety "Vilana" and 40% of other local cretan white varieties. Classic white vinification. The lees is fermented at the stable temperature of 17oC and it is bottled fresh to provide unique aroma and taste. It can accompany white meat, fish and mild cheese.
