Vineyard: Eastern dry vineyard in the area of Dafnes in altitude 400-500 m
Climate: Soft winter, cool summertime
Harvest: End of July, beginning of August
Attribution/acre: 700-900 kg/acre
Vinification: Initially sun dried grapes for 8 days, red vinification is following skin extract at 30ºC and fermentation. Ageing for 3 years in oak barrels

Description: Wine dark red caramel color, chocolate perfume, coffee, fig and grape, with acidity and sweetness in harmony that also impresses long after taste. Accompanies: With a rich chocolate cake or with fruits cake,
it is served at 8-10ºC
