Region: Agios Vasilios, Houdetsi, Kalloni.
Terroir: Altitude of 350m, sloping hilly vineyards, argil calcareous soil of good draining ability, Royat and bushlike trim, yields of 52-65hl/ha. Τhe cool summer nights provide with low temperatures in the beginning of the day.
Oenology: Typical rosé winemaking at very low temperature, with extraction for 15-16 hours.
Name: Its name is inspired by the rose colours of the sunset in the Aegean Sea.
Personality: Shining rosé color, aromas of red fruits and rose petals. Harmonious and pleasant taste with fruitful aftertaste.
