Varieties: Kotsifali, Mandilaria and Syrah. The combination of the three varieties and the selection of the quality of the grapes, which come only from not irrigated
private vineyards with a limited yield, allow us to obtain the exceptional colour and unique character of this wine.
Vinification: Classic red vinification.
Characteristics: Deep ruby-red colour. Aromas which are reminiscent of red forest fruits. Abundant, aromatic, velvety flavour.
Suggested with: Grilled red meat, game and piquant cheese.
This wine allows for at least 3 years' aging.
Best consumed at a temperature of: 17 -18° C.
