Anoskeli -Ano Playa BIO Rose-

ANO PLAYA PINK DRY WINE

Pink dry wine from grapes of organic farming, from our vineyards, low yields (> 1200 kgr / acre). The winemaking is controlled at low temperatures (17-22oC).

The varieties of this wine are Syrah  and Grenache Rouge , Protected Geographical Indication Crete (PGI).

Rates: 80% Syrah, 20% Grenache rouge

Its characteristics are the freshness, the intensely bright rose color, high acidity and intense tears in the glass. Trying out can perceive the aroma of red fruits and flower blossoms.

Serving temperature: 10 ° C - 12° C

Is combined excellently with  salads, pasta and all kinds of appetizers.
