ANO PLAYA RED DRY WINE

Red dry wine from grapes of organic farming, from our vineyards, low yields (> 1200 kgr / acre). The winemaking is controlled at low temperatures (20-25oC). Aging takes place in French oak barrels for 10 months.

The varieties of this wine are Syrah , Cabernet Sauvignon  and Grenache Rouge , Protected Geographical Indication Crete (PGI).

Rates: 80% Syrah, 10% Grenache rouge, 10% Cabernet

Its characteristics are ripe tannins, the clear purple color, the average acidity and rich tears in the glass. Trying out  can perceive keenly spices, ripe red fruit and floral nose

Serving temperature: 18 ° C

Is combined excellently with stews and grilled meats.
